Nothing in this stack is felt on the day you take it. Bacopa monnieri improved verbal learning and recall after about 12 weeks in randomised trials [1]. Creatine shows modest memory gains in meta-analysis, largest in older adults [2]. Citicoline's evidence is mainly in cognitive decline [3].
